Everyone has to start somewhere. For me that place was Fargo, North Dakota. This cold arctic tundra is filled with warm people that have helped me to grow into the young professional I am today. Whether it is a blizzard or a flood the sense of community found in Fargo continues to amaze me. Looking at the downtown community, the pride of local products and support for small businesses has inspired me to give back in anyway possible as I continue to pursue my professional career. This past year I have had the honor of serving as a traveling leadership consultant working with amazing individuals across North America. However, there is something about the place that most people will never visit (but religiously mock our accents) will always be my home no matter how far I may roam.
